Having sold their family business in 2015 to the Avril Group, the Kerfoot family decided not to sit on their success but to jump back into the industry they have over 40 years success and formed O&3 as a start up brand. Their aim was simple; to deliver the best in class service to clients and to shake up what was traditionally a very corporate space.
